PunchLab S.R.L. built PunchLab as a Commercial App. This SERVICE is provided by PunchLab S.R.L. and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform website visitors and App users (the term app in the remaining of this document can refer to either App or punchlab.net website) regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We keep your email address, so we are able to communicate with you and keep you informed about important updates in upcoming versions of the app, and in case you chose to, we send you updates about your own statistics, weekly challenge, and other messages to keep you engaged and motivated.
If you participated in our private-beta, we keep the full responses to the surveys you submitted, which can contain sensitive information such as your Instagram handle that you provided. We need this data to better understand the profiles and the needs of the users of PunchLab and provide a better experience.
HealthKit data is only used to provide health, motion or fitness services in connection with the App; HealthKit data will not be used for marketing, advertising or use-based data mining, including by third parties.
We keep statistics on the usage of the App: which mode do people prefer, number of rounds, number of hits, average force, the average intensity, the brand and model of your phone, and the raw data from your accelerometers at calibration time, among others. We use this data to validate our algorithms and to see the features that are most liked and most hated.
We never share your data with anyone, ever. We use GDPR-compliant third-party services for most of our records: MailChimp for the mailing list, google analytics to track website usage, Typeform for surveys, Google Docs for CRM, Google Firebase for App stats, RevenueCat/Stripe to manage payments and subscriptions, Zapier to automate processes,

You can opt-out at any moment and erase your information forever by sending an email at privacy@punchlab.net or deleting your account from the web or in-app Dashboard of PunchLab.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the App we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We collect data about the calibration phase of PunchLab (raw data coming from your smartphone’s sensors) and use it internally to feed our machine learning algorithms and make PunchLab more reliable. Furthermore, we collect data about your device (such as details about your smartphone sensor, the model of your phone) and your training sessions (number of hits, training time, training type and other workout-related statistics). We use this data to provide a personalized training experience, send email suggestions, and analyze the general trend of the app usage to optimize UX.
When signing up on our website using one of our partner’s promotional codes, you are accepting to share your non-identifiable workout statistics with the partner.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
